Anna Cherubini
January 22, 1934 - January 25, 2016
Obituary
CHERUBINI, Anna - (January 22, 1934 – January 25, 2016)
It is with immense heartache that we announce the passing of a loving wife, cherished sister, and adoring Zia. Anna was a devoted wife to Tony for over 46 years and the light of his life. She will be deeply missed by her dear sister and best friend, Fiorentina Costantini, with whom she shared a special bond. Predeceased by sisters, Donatella and Guiseppina Soriano, brothers, Mario and Antonio Soriano, sister-in-law, Luigina (Peppino) DiNardo and brothers-in-law Antonio Costantini, Gino Parente, Antonio Contasti, Lorenzo and Leopoldo Cherubini. She is survived by sisters-in-law, Maria Cherubini, Iola Contasti, Vilma (Luigi) DiVincenzo, Genevieve Soriano, and Santina Cherubini, and brother-in-law Domenic (Janette) Cherubini.
Anna was a doting aunt to many nieces and nephews, to whom she was like a mother, especially Oreste, Silvana, Jenny, Gabriella and Carla. Anna was a talented seamstress with Coppley, Noyes and Randell for over 20 years and generously shared her talent with friends and family, often creating entire wardrobes for her beloved nieces and nephews. Anna was loved by many friends and family because of her sweet smile, kind eyes and most of all for her selfless nature, always placing the needs of others before her own. Her kind and generous spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
You will be truly missed, but we know you're in a better place
Out of the pain, and into God’s grace
You were the bravest person we ever knew
If we ever needed help, we could always look to you
You lit up our lives with your kindness and grace
And we will never forget your beautiful face
Always on our minds; forever in our hearts
Sarai sempre nei nostri cuori.
