Anna was instrumental in helping me set up our physiotherapy knee classes; designing our volunteer duties/roles and recruiting 4 volunteers per class. The program had flourished due to the great volunteers that assisted us. Anna always personally checked in on our new volunteers within their first week here, often personally orienting and introducing them to our staff and facility. She was always approachable and supportive to everyone's needs with a warm, friendly smile.
Her spirit lives on in the tremendous knee classes she helped to design and ensured the highest professionalism and patient care was maintained.

I was shocked to hear of Anna's death, much too young.
I r ember her kindness and dedication to her position at Sunnybrook.
She was a special person, and will be missed by all she came in contact
with.
My thoughts are with you at this most difficult of times.

My thoughts and prayers are with Anna's family. She was wonderful to work with. Her compassion for the residents and volunteers was evident in all she was involved with. She will be dearly missed.
