Vacca, Armando Biagio Davide
September 18, 1957 ~ December 28, 2015

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." (2 Timothy 4:7). And fight he did. For those of you that don't know, the name Armando means soldier. He personified this in the last few years of his life, fighting against his disease that eventually claimed him. Through his battle, he showed strength, dignity, and above all, courage. He was a man who liked to give gifts more than receive them, and what better gift did he give than his life? He devoted it to his loving wife of 33 years, Lori, his daughter Alexandra, son Addison, and son-in-law Joshua Alvernia. Precious son to Nadia Mastrantoni and the late Pasqualino Vacca, step-son to Angelo Mastrantoni and son-in-law to Joan and the late Maxwell Horne. He was a loving older brother to Patty and her husband Steve Fticar, Paul Vacca and Connie Rodrigues. He will also be missed by nieces and nephews, especially Jeremy and Kara Fticar, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, extended family, colleagues and many dear friends.

Armando was a pillar of the community through his financial planning business, and dedicated himself to his family of clients who depended on his counsel. He was a wise leader and mentor to his amazing staff at Kingsview Financial (A.D. Vacca Financial). His call was to love and serve God and others; and to lead many into the deepest relationship they can have with Our Triune God. There were many healing hands that contributed to the care of Armando, and the family wishes to thank each of them for their compassion and prayer support during this trial. Although it may have come too soon, he looked forward to being in the arms of his Saviour.
