In Celebration of

Carine Edna Windsor

March 26, 1955 -  February 1, 2025

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Carine at age 69, peacefully with family by her side, after a short battle with cancer on Saturday February 1, 2025, at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital.

Survived by her brother Don and sister Carol (Ross).

Predeceased by her parents Nora & George, her sisters Linda & Peggy, sister-in-law Cindy and niece Cyndy.

She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends who were family to her.

Carine was a retiree from BMO head office where she had worked sine graduation from high school. She had a special way of making everyone feel special and loved, was always kind and thoughtful. She had a special love for cats and dogs. She was an official member of the Days of Our Lives Fan Club, had met many of the cast members over the years, she watched the show daily right until her final days.

Carine spent the past 2 years living at Aberdeen Retirement home in Hamilton where she met new friends in both staff & residents whom she loved.

Many thanks to the staff at Aberdeen Gardens, the doctors, nurses and support staff at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital emergency ward, 6 South and 3 North who provided excellent, caring support for Carine and the family.

A public visitation will take place on Wednesday February 5th, 2025, from 10-11 am, at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home located at 947 Rymal Road East, in Hamilton. A Funeral Service will take place in Bay Gardens Funeral Home Chapel at 11 am. Burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, located at 700 Chapel Hill Road in Stoney Creek.

The family wishes to extend sincere thanks for all the love and support during this difficult time.
