In Celebration of

Chea Ung

August 14, 1950 -  October 23, 2019

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chea Ung on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at the age of 69 after being diagnosed with cancer. A devoted husband to Hui, caring and generous father to daughters Eng (Tee), Ly, Nancy (Horacio), Jenny (Shaun) and son, Michael, who dedicated his entire life to protecting and loving them. Chea was an amazing grandfather to Sonya, Nathan, Riley and Cade. Loving brother to Chong, Kim and Seng. Loving uncle to Hoa, Peter, Cindy, Kevin, Gary, Patricia, Alex, Jorden, Rathana, Navi, Donna, Mony, Khim and Kora.

Chea will always be remembered for his caring and selfless nature. Always there when needed and never expected anything in return. He was strong and hardworking, doing whatever it took to take care of everyone. He will also be remembered for his smile, sweet singing voice and the love for playing Dr. Mario.

Words cannot truly express all the loving kindness this great man has given. He will be immensely missed by his family and friends.

I am so grateful and lucky to have had an amazing uncle. Uncle was always smiling and liked his little jokes. You will be missed dearly. You will always be in our hearts. We love you.

To Chea’s family: I am sending all my love your way. I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I cannot begin to imagine how hard this will be for you all. I am hopeful that together as a family you will comfort and give strength to another during such a difficult time. May his memories be your comfort, today and all of the tomorrows. Rest In Peace. Xoxo

Lou Dau was an amazing caring man that I had the pleasure of knowing when I was a child. Not only was he a loving babysitter who took care of me, made me happy, played with me, but he was a loving person who played my father. He wasn’t just a babysitter and till this day I will remember how he treated me like his own son. Rest in peace ♥️

May the Lord now give you the strength to bare this pain but welcome the new life he is now in. He is now resting in Paradise pain free and your Family's Guardian Angel.
Our prayers are with you and the family at this difficult time.
