It is with heavy hearts that the Milne and Verbeek families mourn the passing of Devon David Verbeek. He died peacefully and surrounded by his friends and family on Tuesday, February 21 at 3 a.m. at St. Joseph's Hospital. His heart, the same heart that so many people were blessed by, was ultimately taken over by cancer. He will be deeply missed by his fiancé and the love of his life Innis Milne, and his close-knit family of friends. Devon was an infectiously happy man who brought so much love to everyone he knew.
