Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your mother. In my mind's eye I can still see Mrs. Little having her break, sitting on the last stool at Maria's and sipping a coffee. She and our mother were quite the team and my sister and I soon learned to steer clear of them Friday nights during the fish & chip rush. I don't think I can remember anyone who could close a take-out container faster than Mrs. Little. We always looked forward to those special days when she baked up a banana cake in the store room of the restaurant. Moist and delicious as usual. Mrs. Little was a very special member of the Maria's Restaurant family, even keeping in touch when everyone had retired. We shall always remember her fondly. Her memory live on in all of you.
