DeFelice, Francesco (Frank)

June 1, 1965 - July 21, 2017

We are extremely saddened by the passing of Frank with his whole family by his side on July 21st, 2017 in his 52nd year at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

He is survived by his son Noah, his mother Maria (nee Giannini) and father Nicola. He is also survived by his loving partner Carrie and his sister Rita (Al) and brother Rick (Barb). Frank was a loving uncle to his three nieces Jessica (Boris), Rebecca and Karissa and loved his stepchildren, Matt (Ashley), Shaye (Joe), Jeffrey, Cheryl and Nicholas. Sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in Canada and Italy. Frank was a fighter right until the end, but succumbed to his battle with pancreatic cancer. He had the biggest heart and even in his last days he still worried about others, especially his mother and son. He loved spending time with his family and absolutely adored his son, nieces and stepchildren. Frank was a sports enthusiast, was passionate about riding his Harley and loved the outdoors and fishing.

A special thank you to Dr. O. Levine, the staff at the Juravinski, Dr. Marshall, the Palliative team and all the nurses who cared for Frank.

Visitation is at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 947 Rymal Rd. E., Hamilton on Tuesday, July 25th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Vigil Prayers at 8:15pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday July 26th at St. Anthony’s Church, 165 Prospect St. N., Hamilton at 11:00am. Burial to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Cemetery.
