Fred Reisch
November 13, 1944 - December 18, 2015
Obituary
Reisch, Manfred (Fred)

After a brief aggressive illness, surrounded by his loving family, Fred passed away on December 18, 2015. Beloved husband of Edna for 50 years. Loving dad to Connie (Peter) Ysselstein and Steve (Lynn) Reisch. Cherished Opa to Eric, Emily, Evelyn, Jordyn and Logan. Proud son-in-law to Edna's mother, Gabriella Lackner and sister-in-law to Edith Martin. Fred will be missed by many family members from near and abroad. Fred dedicated 35 years at Stelco, and continued to have a consulting career into his retirement. He was an active community member, becoming the President of the Burlington Old Timers Soccer Club. For the passion of his culture, Fred dedicated his retirement to the Continental Austrian Club, where he served as President for the past 5 years. Through his positive attitude, Fred "always found a way" to improve on the community and clubs that he served. Everyone knew Fred as being the life of the party, where he encouraged those around him to be connected through the joy of life and love. Fred was truly selfless with his time for friends and family.

For those who wish, memorial donations made to the Ian Anderson Hospice would be appreciated.
