GRECO, Gennaro
Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in Hamilton on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the age of 85. Beloved husband and soul mate to Lina Greco (nee Pasqua) for 60 years. Loving father to Luisa (Lith) Martell, Peter (Sandra), and Anna Maria (Joe) Giglia. Proud Nonno to Ryan Vidan, Bianca Martell and Alex Greco. He was predeceased by his parents Pietro and Luisa Greco. Brother to the late Chiarina (Michele) Iaconetti of Argentina, Ida (the late Antonio) Turco of Argentina, Franco (Silvia) Greco , Angela (Franco) Turco, the late Luciano (Maria Rosa) Greco of Luxemburg, Mario (the late Lucia) Greco, Tony (Rose) Greco. Predeceased by his parents-in-law Carmine and Adelina Pasqua. Brother-in-law to the late Santo (the late Natalie) Pasqua, Maria (the late Giuseppe) Marrello, Giovanni (the late Marianna) Pasqua, Gaetano (Diana) Pasqua. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Lino Lagrotteria, Dr. Mary Peat, the Bayshore Health nurses and staff, and the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice volunteers and staff, for their unwavering support and compassion throughout this journey. The family extends appreciation to his nephew Sandy Pasqua and his family for all their love and support.

Zia Lina and family,
Please accept our most sincere condolences and know that you are always in our prayers. Zio Gennaro was such a kind and gentle man who loved his family with all of his heart. He taught us all lessons of love and peace, reminding us all that family always comes first. We are going to miss him, but we know that he is in peace now, with God and all the family and friends that have departed before him, and we take comfort in that. Zio Gennaro was blessed to have such a loving and devoted family but especially his wife and soulmate, who took the best care of him while Zio was ill. Zia Lina, you are the epitome of a loving wife and your efforts are nothing short of amazing! God bless you Zio, and may you be our very special angel to Zia Lina and your children. Rest in peace, love always
