ALFANO, Giuseppe
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Giuseppe Alfano in his 80th year. He went to his final rest, on September 21, peacefully at home and surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his beloved and devoted wife Angela, of almost 50 years; his loving children, of whom, he was extremely proud, Adele (Cory), Salvatore (Rosa), Charlie (Leslie); cherished Nonno of Lia Hamelin, Natalie, Julian, Sebastian Alfano, Bailley and Alexis Stacey. Giuseppe was pre-deceased by his parents Adele and Giuseppe Alfano and Giuseppina Alfano and by his in-laws Calogero and Antonia Munisteri. He was a dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Calogero and the late Pauline Alfano, the late Salvatore Alfano, the late Maria Grazia and Calogero Scime, Adele and Salvatore Salvo, the late Alfonso and Filomena Alfano, Antonio and Carmelina Alfano, Angela and Domenic Giovinazzo, the late Leo and the late Vincenza Munisteri, Joe and Barb Munisteri, Connie and David Morganti. He will be sadly missed by his dear friends, Tony and Maria Doria. Giuseppe leaves behind his aunts, many nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada, Belgium, and Italy.Giuseppe was passionate about his family, his garden, soccer, bocce and all things Sicilian.
