To Greg's Family,

I was deeply saddened to learn of Greg’s passing. I extend to you and your family my sincerest condolences.

I was extremely fond of your late husband for his generosity, humanity and accomplished acting contributions to musical theatre - in particular, our much loved “Phantom of the Opera”.

Greg had an ebullient personality and manifested great leadership in the theatre. He will be sorely missed. I know in time his indelible memories will provide you with continuing strength.

Much love,
Garth

Please accept my heartfelt condolences to you and your family at this most mournful time.

I am proud and happy to say that, as a stage manager, I was a colleague of Greg's at "The Phantom of the Opera". Everyone on the SM team was very fond of Greg.

The term "Gentleman of the Theatre" was never more aptly applied than when describing Greg. His grace, humour, energy, humility and boundless talent, both on stage and off, were major contributing factors to the joy and success of the Phantom. He was an inspiration and a role model to all who knew him.

May he rest in eternal peace and may your joyful memories of him bring you solace in all your days to come.

Barry Burns
