ERNST Heinrich "Henry"
Peacefully in his 85th year with family by his side on Tuesday February 21st He was the Loving husband of Maria nee Jungbauer for 57 years. Survived by his children Stella (Ken), Brian (Shelly), Proud Opa of Jonathan (Amber), Karley and Annalee Uropa to Nolan.Also survived by Brother Adolf ( Elisabeth) Henry was predeceased by his siblings August ( Berta), Josef ( Margit), Zenta ( Rudolph) and Laura ( Luis) . Henry immigrated to Canada in 1952 as an accomplished Cabinet Maker. After a 24 year career with Stelco he then together with his brothers August and Adolf successfully ran Baltic Bakery until retirement. Henry's retired years found him enjoying his hobby farm, visiting family and traveling. As per his wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home - "William J. Markey Chapel", 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Saturday from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm . Memorial Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 12:30 pm followed by light lunch and refreshments.In lieu of flowers memorial donations made to Hamilton Health Sciences or a charity of ones choice would be appreciated. We were truly blessed to have Uncle Henri part of our lives. I pray God will give you all strength, but know that we are here for you in thoughts & prayers. Uncle Henri was a kind soul, always made us feel warm & welcomed in his home.
His gentle soul will be forever be in our hearts. An Angel to watch over us all throughout our lives. May he rest in peace!
