We are saddened to announce the passing of our mother and grandmother, Helen Dern. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Stanley (June, 2018). Mother of Sharon, Mark (Robert) and Philip (Linda). Loving Grandmother to Philip, Christopher, Chantelle, Megan and Lindsay. Leaving behind her brother Edward Zieba (Rochelle), and predeceased by her sisters, Mary, Vicky and Teresa. We wish to thank the doctors and nurses in the Palliative Unit at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their care of our mother. Our mother will be remembered for her joy for life, her endless love for our family, her Christmas time baking and for her strength and determination during these past six months. We are eternally grateful for the wonderful memories our parents have left us with. You both will be forever in our hearts.
