James Stephenson

STEPHENSON, James aka. “Jimmy”, “Red”

Passed peacefully at home in Erin with his loving wife and daughter by his side. James will be dearly missed by his wife Christine (Crisse) and daughter Jaime “Jambo” (Greg Peitchinis), as well as Christine, Marty and Cheryl Stephenson. The family would like to extend a special and sincere thank you to Mariela for her care and compassion over the past seven months.

James was a proud member of the Burlington Golf and Country Club for 50 years. When he wasn’t golfing, James could be found working at his Used Car Dealership in Hamilton that he owned from 1963 to 2014.

In keeping with his wishes, James has been cremated. A Memorial Service and Interment will take place on Thursday May 2, 2019 at 11:00 am. at Bayview Cemetery, Crematory and Mausoleum, 740 Spring Garden Road, Burlington, Ontario.

If desired, and in lieu of any flowers, memorial donations made to the Burlington Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.

Jaime, my sincere condolences to you and your family on your father’s passing. I know how difficult the last year has been for you, but you must remember to take comfort in the happy times you spent with your Dad and the knowledge that he was immensely proud of your accomplishments.
