Jennifer passed away peacefully in her home. She will be greatly missed by her special son Xander and her loving spouse David. She is predeceased by her daughter Samantha. Jenny will be sadly missed by her parents Sharon and George, her in laws Debbie and Paul Sage and Rick Clark, her grandparents, extended family members, and friends. Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Saturday, September 16th from 1pm - 3pm followed by a service in the "William J. Markey Chapel"at 3pm.
