Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on November 15, 2016. An amazing daughter to Joanne (Derek), Charlie (Mirella). Loving sister to Charles (Dana), Scott, Spencer, Shannon, Frank (Erin), Marissa (Darcy). Loving Zia to Lucas. She will be dearly missed by her extended family and many, many friends. Jenny was known for her passion and love of law which started in Ottawa and continued across Canada to Calgary, where she became the youngest Justice of the Peace in Alberta. She went on to Sussex University in England and obtaining her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. Special thanks to Marlys Edwardh and Andrea Fugeman-Millar for their continued support and mentorship. Jenny’s family welcomes guests to a memorial visitation at Bay Gardens funeral Home “William J. Markey Chapel” 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton 905-574-0405. On Sunday November 20th from 3 – 8 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate Jenny’s life will take place in the Chapel on Monday November 21, 2016 at 11:00am. Cremation has taken place. A scholarship fund in Jenny’s memory has been set up through Osgoode Hall to continue her legacy. Contributions to the scholarship can be made in lieu of flowers and memories can be shared with the family through www.baygardens.ca
