In Celebration of

Keiran Hugh Quinn

February 3, 1964 -  April 21, 2021

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of a wonderful man, husband, father, and grandfather Keiran Hugh Quinn on Wednesday, April 21st at the age of 57.
Keiran passed away peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital after suffering a catastrophic stroke on March 29th. Predeceased by his parents, Jessie and Brendan, husband to Erin and father to Kavanagh and Lochlan, father to Blake (Zoe) and grandfather to Cohen and Levi. Keiran also leaves behind many family members in Kitchener, Hamilton, Toronto, Scotland and Ireland. He was a friend to many, a mentor, a son in law, an uncle, a brother in law and always there when anyone needed a helping hand.
Keiran loved his work and in his 30 years with Local 128 he built many projects, formed many relationships and earned great respect. Keiran was always willing to teach the younger tradespeople to make sure that jobs got done right. He was a very proud member of his Brotherhood.
Keiran enjoyed every aspect of his life from raising his young children, golfing with Blake, friends and family, eating everything and anything he was offered, and traveling often with Erin. He loved his 80’s music, going to Ti-Cats and Leafs games and spending time with his loved ones. He was also the best person to play with according to his two young sons.
Keiran will be deeply missed by all that knew this charismatic, kind, funny, and heartwarming man. His infectious nature made all who knew him fall in love with his kind heart. His spirit will be carried on in the hearts of his family and in his three sons.
Donations to the Heart And Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Dear family,
I have many wonderful memories of Quinner. He was so fun, kind, friendly and I recall many times we spent down at The Corktown, Kelseys, and Hess Village. Loved his parents and am very sorry for your loss. RIP old friend. Xoxo

What a beautiful tribute to Kieran
We were heartbroken here in Ireland 😔 for Erin and the boys to hear of Kieran’s passing
I only met Kieran once when we visited his parents in Canada 🇨🇦 And we had a fun night with them all
My husband Noel’s parents and family were due to immigrate to Canada 🇨🇦 with Kierans dad Brendan coming with them Noel’s parents didn’t make it and Brendan did
Reading all the tributes to Kieran in the last few days he sounds like a wonderful partner and dad
Our Herat felt condolences to all his family in Canada 🇨🇦
Love hugs and prayers from the Emerald Isle 🇮🇪
Rita and Noel Quinn ❤️🤗🙏
