Keith Barker
Obituary
Keith would like you to know that his work here is done.
He received an offer from Heaven he couldn't refuse
a reunion with family and friends he has not seen in a long time.
Golf, hockey, music, laughter and love are guaranteed and the food is out of this world.

It is with profound sadness that we, the family of Keith John Barker announce his sudden passing Saturday, July 25th, 2015 at the very young age of 63.

Keith leaves behind his soul mate, his wife, Nancy (nee Chrysler); his loving children Trevor Michael (Amanda); Andreah Michelle (Kirk) and Keith Joel (Tammie); his adoring grandchildren Madison, Keira, Trevor James (TJ) and Elizabeth. He will be reunited with his parents Wilf and Hilda Barker. Keith will be greatly missed by his brother Ron (Betty); nieces Dawn and Julie and his dear sister, Valerie Barker. He will be sadly missed by his in-laws; George and Mary Chrysler and Gary Chrysler.

Keith was an employee of ArcelorMittal for close to 43 years. Heartfelt thanks to the Cardiac Care Unit team at the Hamilton General for their care and kindness, especially Ania, Harry, Nurse Jackie, and Evelyn, along with Marie, social worker.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "Hamilton Huskies Hockey Club" or a Charity of your Choice. Please sign the Online Book of Condolences at www.baygardens.ca.

I am saddened to hear of Keith's passing. I remember his smile and gentle nature and how he shared the love of playing hockey for Dofasco with family members Gerry and Andy. I pray for strength and peace for his family and friends. Keith left a mark in this world through his family, workplace and wherever he socialized. We all have good memories!
Bless you all!

Over the years I did small bits of work with Keith. He was a familiar face; we shared the same company; he was part of my world. Passing him in the hall it felt good to say "Good morning". I had the impression of competence, helpful, trustworthy. One of the people who has made Dofasco a great place to work. He will be missed.
