So deeply saddened by Len's passing, my thoughts and prayer's are with you Debbie and family.
I refereed many many games of hockey with Len over the years and then worked under Len as our leader in the Hamilton Referee Association, i still remember our first game reffing together at the Spring Valley arena in Ancaster, i was the rookie and Len the veteran, and i learned so much from Len about reffing, but what i remember the most was how kind, caring, well liked, and how much he loved his family, always respected Len so much for all that. Len was our friend and mentor.....and where i learned to "let em play"
You will be deeply missed Len...RIP my friend

Our love and deepest condolences are sent to Debbie and her family and friends on the loss of our great friend Len. He brought us so much joy and laughter in the arena. He was like my "Sunday Morning Hockey Dad" who had our best interest and always loved sharing stories. He was a true gem and his presence will always be in the arenas. Love to all

Debbie and family,
Words cannot express the sadness we feel for you and the family at this time. While Len was a business colleague, I considered him also as a friend. He truly was one of a kind. Please accept our deepest condolences on your loss.
