Obituary
Zupan, Luke Michael
June 11, 1995 ~ September 16, 2015
It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Luke on September 16, 2015 at the age of 20. Loving and devoted son of Nick and Suzanne. Cherished brother of Lauren. Dear grandson of Helen and the late Mate Zupan and Betty and Alcide Doiron. He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends and teammates. Luke was devoted to his family, he was always putting them before himself. Through his charismatic personality, he easily made lasting friendships wherever he went. He was a recent graduate of St. Thomas More High School and was pursuing his education at McMaster University. Zup's passions included playing soccer, hockey and making the most of every day. He was the captain of the Ancaster Avalanche Jr. B Hockey Team where his leadership gained him the respect of both his coaches, teammates and opposing teams. The family wishes to thank all of their family, friends and colleagues for their continuing support during this difficult time.

Visitation at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME 'William J. Markey Chapel' 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton (905-574-0405) on Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm. Vigil prayers will be said at 3:30pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Sts Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 50 Brucedale Avenue, Hamilton on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 10am. Luke, although our family chain is broken, you will always have your place in our hearts. We will remember you every day.
Love your mom, dad and Lauren.
