Obituary
Lobo, Lynessa "Lyn" Dbl. Hons. B.A. (Eng. & Soc.), LL.B. (Barrister & Solicitor), B. Ed.
With truly heavy hearts, the family of Lyn Lobo announce her sudden and unexpected passing on Aug. 31st, 2016. She is survived by her Mom Savine, brother Darryl (Laura), nephew & God-son Max, and many extended family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.
Lyn was very accomplished on paper and in life. She was the best daughter and sister a family could want. She taught at St. Charles, where the extended family of educators and students were a big part of her life. Her close friends at Church vary from those in the choir to everyone she spoke to in multiple languages. Her vast network of friends would know her as genuine, intelligent, just, pious, musical, passionate, caring, loving, generous and kind.
Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home - "William J. Markey Chapel", 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) will be on Friday Sep. 2, 2016 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. A Mass will be held at St. Gregory the Great, 125 Centennial Pkwy N., STONEY CREEK on Saturday Sep. 3, at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Cemetery.
For those who wish, memorial donations made to the St. Gregory the Great would be appreciated. Please sign the online Book of Condolences at www.baygardens.ca

My condolences to Lyn's family. I knew Lyn many years ago and we had lost touch. I was shocked to hear the news. Lyn was such a free spirit. Always had a smile on her face and I recall the fun we had in the past when we used to meet. She was always joking and always looked on the bright side of life. I am sorry to hear about her passing. She will be missed. I know that Heaven has gained an amazing angel and she will always watch over her family. I remember how close she was to them and I hope they take comfort in knowing that she will be with them now, in spirit. Her smile was and will always be contagious. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I am sorry I cannot be there to comfort you with the stories of Lyn that I have but, my thoughts and prayers are with you. |

Lyn will always remain in my heart. We shared some very interesting conversations in a few different languages. Her loving disposition and charisma will forever remain in the hallways of St. Charles.
Sleep well, dear angel.
