MARY BARBARA COLVIN (NEE: WILLIAMSON)

APRIL 8, 1928 TO SEP 9, 2017

The family wishes to announce the gentle passing of Mary Colvin (Williamson) in her 89'• year. Predeceased by her beloved husband, John Colvin. Loving mother of Bruce (Marlene), Rebecca Nagy (Steve), Catherine Nagy (Andy), Patricia Richardson (Brian) as well as twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed as a dedicated mother and a gentle soul.
Mary was born and raised in the north end of Hamilton, worked at the cotton mill, married and built her home on Corman Ave in Stoney Creek where she lived for the next 60 years raising her family. She worked and retired from Towers Department Store. Lived, loved and laughed and we were privileged to share our lives with hers.
In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Alzheimer's Society or Heritage Green Nursing Home would be appreciated.

Visitation will be held at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 947 Rymal Road E. Hamilton, on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral Service at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 947 Rymal Road E, Hamilton, on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 11am.
