Peacefully passed at the Hamilton General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, July 3, 2015 at the age of 90. Dad was a simple man who had a zest for life, always smiling and caring for everyone, he enjoyed his walks and talks with neighbors and friends. He adored the love of his life, his wife Teresa Losurdo (nee Carrione) of 55 years. Adored Nonno of Daniel and Michelle, Joseph, Domenico, Gabriel, Michael, Luke, John-Michael and Matteo. Beloved uncle, great uncle and great great uncle of many nieces and nephews of Hamilton and Italy.

He will be deeply missed by brother Donato (late Antonia), and inlaws; Laura and Joe Barbati, Lina and the late Vito Colucci.

Michele has been greeted in heaven by his parents, Giuseppe (Maria Scattaglia), and siblings and inlaws; the late Rosa (Giuseppe Ronchi), Marietta (Pietro Petruzzi), Angela (Vincenzo Gambo).

A special thanks to all his friends and the community of Garth Trails for all their love and support, his newly extended family of the last 5 years.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family Theresa !
Although you have probably been preparing for this, I don't think anyone is really ready for it to happen.
The emptiness will always be there but hopefully your Garth Trails" family support will help you cope.
You have certainly done a lot for the people at Garth Trails.
