Patricia 'Pat' Tarasca

June 20, 1959 -  April 2, 2017


Suddenly and tragically Pat passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton, on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the age of 57. Pat was the soul mate and beloved wife of Joe Tarasca for 25 years. Loving and proud mother of Paul and his wife Amy, Andrew, and Anthony. Devoted daughter of Herb and Margaret Hauser. Loving daughter-in-law of Natalina and the late Antonio Tarasca. Sadly missed by her four legged companion, Princess. Forever remembered by her brothers and sister, many in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Pat had many friends, acquaintances, business associates including all her hockey moms, who will miss her infectious smile and laughter, her quick wit and her loving, caring and compassionate personality.

Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, "William J. Markey Chapel", 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Friday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass from St. Margaret Mary Parish, 20 Idlewood Avenue, Hamilton on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Cemetery, Stoney Creek.

Very saddened to hear about Pat's passing. We first met on a taxi ride to the hotel in Athens. Since then we've always looked forward to seeing her on the many Best Buy trips and events. Fantastic Lady. Joanna and my thoughts and prayers are with you. She will be greatly missed.
