It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Reginald George Woods, age 83 in Hamilton Ontario. He passed away at Emmanuel House on November 7, 2017 after a short battle with cancer. A man of few words, but many practical jokes. He was a loving husband to Dolores (nee McKenna) Woods for 52 years. A caring father to Sandra (Ted), Dawn (Keith) and Steven (Giota). Reginald will be fondly remembered by his 5 grandchildren, Kendra, Kieran, Aidan, Colby and Catherine. He is survived by his brother Cecil Woods(Anne) and predeceased by his brother Ivan. Reginald worked for Firestone in both England and Hamilton, Ontario for over 30 years. Reginald will be missed by all of his family and friends here as well as in England and Jersey, Channel Islands. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 1-3pm at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME -
Hamilton. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 11am in the funeral home chapel. Burial to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations to Emmanuel House would be greatly appreciated.
