In Celebration of

Dr. Alan Robinson Wylie

JUNE 1, 1931 - DECEMBER 2, 2017
Passed away on December 2, 2017 at the Juravinski (Henderson) Hospital where he practiced family medicine for more than 40 years before his retirement in 2001.
He leaves a lifetime of wonderful family memories to his daughter Brenda and her husband Jerry; his sons David and Mathew and their wives Liz and Shelly. Papa will be missed by his grandsons Josh and Christian.

Our thoughts are with you all at this time.
We can still hear Dr. Al's cheerful, positive and strong voice as he entered a room.
As was stated so well in the obituary...he lived life well.
Fond and dear memories we will continue to have....though he will be dearly missed.
With love to you all.

Dr. Wylie was a wonderful neighbour and one of the kindest people we've known. We were fortunate to have known him for the past 15 years and we will miss both him and Mrs Wylie immensely.

We are sad to hear of Al's passing. We will remember the many great times we had with the Wylie's at Pacquana and will always remember your dad's laugh. He was a great man and had such a positive attitude. Our thoughts are with your family at this difficult time.

A truly wonderful man with a quick wit, sage advice and a story for all occasions. I had the honour of knowing Dr.and Mrs.Wylie for over 40 years through their son Mathew. Memories of the cottage, Victoria day, Halloween and especially Christmas Eve with the entire family will be cherished forever by myself, my wife and especially our two children who miss him dearly. I raise my glass and pay tribute to a legend of Pleasant Ave.

So sorry to hear that your father passed away. Although we never met him we feel like we knew him because of all the wonderful stories you told us about your dad and the loving way you always talked about him. Our thoughts are with you at this very sad time. Tom and Janette
