MOFFAT, Connie Anne (December 30, 1931 - August 5, 2017)

Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, on August 5, 2017, at the age of 85. Mom fought her illness with grace, dignity, and courage. Predeceased by her loving husband Carl (2008) and her parents Andrew and Ann Thomson. Loving mother of Gary and his wife Christine, Barbara and her husband Bob Kilpatrick, and Laurie and her husband Paul Saunders. Cherished grandma of Wendy, Lisa, Jake, Ross (Meagan) and great-grandma of Marshal, Maxx, and Linc. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Dorothy and Gord Giles. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Special thanks to her caregivers at the Juravinski Cancer Centre and Hospital and the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their excellent care and support. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Drive, Burlington, (905) 527-0405) on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 12:00 Noon.
