Webb, David Morrison (Webbie)

After a lengthy illness, surrounded by his family on July 12, 2016 at the age of 76. Loving husband to Michele for 49 years. Devoted father to Mike (Pam), Jay (Tanya) and Pete. Cherished Papa to Jessica (Emma), Samantha, McKenna, Jacob, Nathan and Julia. Beloved brother to Marg (Ross) Warriner, the late Don Webb. Dave will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was a longtime referee with the Hamilton Referee Association where he dedicated over 50 years. He also enjoyed curling and playing baseball throughout the Hamilton area. A special thanks to Dr. Jean Mullens, Dr. D. Marcellus and Shannon Hilton, Dr. Claven and Linda, the staff at 7 South at the Hamilton General, especially Stephanie, Kelly, Katie and Julie for their expert care and random acts of kindness and an extra special thank you to Dr. N. Morgan who with wisdom and kindness helped us to make difficult decisions and stayed with us until our family arrived. Thank you to Thelma Diadamo for becoming a friend. In lieu of flowers and for those who wish, memorial donations made to the Cancer Assistance Program or Hamilton General Hospital - Stroke Unit (7 South) would be appreciated.
