Was very sad to hear of Stephens passing. My thoughts go out to his family, friends & colleagues. I spent a great deal of time at the Lee residence in Morrisburg hanging with my bestie at that age, Pearl. Stephens dear friend, also our grade school friend, Roch let us know the sad news. My thoughts are with all of you at this very sad time. Doris
Dear Lydia and family,
Having experienced loss in my personal life, I wish you will remember all the positive things Stephen brought into your life and how he changed your life in his own, unique way.
A person may die, but death cannot break the bond of love that still exists between Stephen and all his loved ones.
My sincere condolences.

Dear Family of Stephen,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Stephen's passing. I graduated dental school in 1986 with Stephen and I will always remember that he was one of those really nice guys that it was just a pleasure hanging out with him. We reconnected at Hamilton Academy of Dentistry when I opened my practice in Hamilton and his practice was just down the street.
My sincere condolences and sympathies to you, his family.
May his memory be a blessing to you.
With warm regards
Dr. Ron Barzilay UofT Class of 86
We will miss him at the monthly dental meetings..
It was a big experience that I worked with Dr.Lee,I learn a lot from him.
Let him rest in peace.
