In Celebration of
James Troy Elliott
June 17, 2008 -
January 9, 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful boy, James Troy Elliott on Monday, January 9th, 2023, due to complications from an epileptic seizure. While he was diagnosed with non-verbal autism at the age of three and later with epilepsy, his day was full of giggles, smiles and gave as many hugs as he could give, despite his daily challenges.
James loved spending time with his family, going on nature walks, swimming, and taking long car rides. His favorite movies were Cars, Wall-E, and Robots. He graduated from Our Lady of Fatima Elementary and continued on to St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School where he was always excited to spend time with his classmates and the loving staff who supported him.
He will be forever loved by his parents, Greg and Leslie Elliott, and his adoring younger sister, Stevie. He will be sadly missed by his grandparents, Oma Petra Elliott, (late Papa Patrick) and Papa Theodore & Grand-Maman Liliane Stevens. He was the sweetest nephew to Mark, Troy (Dana), Lacy (Marty), Tanya (Dan), Lana (Paul). He will be lovingly remembered by his cousins, Shane, Riley, Thomas, Lily, Caroline, Kurtis, Caleb, Mylène, and little William. He also cherished his furry family members Zoom, Missy, and Turbo.
The family extends their sincerest gratitude to the incredible officers and responders who were first on scene and the amazing medical team at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
