Maria Jose Oliveira

March 1, 1939 -  January 10, 2025

God called Maria peacefully January 10, 2025, at the age of 85. Reunited in Heaven with her husband of 34 years Manuel, and their son Carlos Oliveira. Cherished by her dear children Donny (Lina Oliveira), Mark (Michelle Oliveira), and Aida (Pedro Carreiro). Loving Grandmother to Victor (Shannon Carreiro), Tiffany (Vince Deangelis), Chelsea (Jesse Botelho), Anthony, Matthew, Manny, and Ashley Oliveira. Proud Great-grandmother to Louisa, Henry, Levi, Arlo, Ana, Derandre, Nathyiz, and Azariah.

Visitations will be held on Tuesday January 14th, 2025, at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home, located at 947 Rymal Road East, in Hamilton, from 2-4, and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday January 15th, 2025, at St. Mary’s Parish, located at 23 Sheaffe Street, in Hamilton, at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, located at 580 Old York Road, in Burlington.

Maria will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.

Donations in memory of Maria, may be made to Bob Kemp Hospice, or the Canadian Cancer Society of Canada. The family wishes to extend great thanks for all the love and support during this difficult time.
