On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, our beloved wife and mother, Miriam Owusu-Mensah, was called home to be with the Lord, passing peacefully in her sleep. She was the cornerstone of our family, a source of unwavering love, guidance, and strength. Miriam lived a life rooted in faith, ministering to souls with compassion and humility. She possessed a heart for others and the gift of hospitality, always opening her home and extending her kindness to those in need.

The Lord was her shepherd and strength, and she fought with grace and determination to remain with her family until the end. Miriam is survived by her devoted husband, John; cherished daughters, Jennifer (Greg) and Justina; treasured grandchildren, Kanishia, Zion, and G’zelle; her loving brother, Patrick (Esther); and her nieces and nephews. Her life was a testament to God’s love and grace, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and the Ghanaian community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the medical staff who went above and beyond with their compassion and concern for our mother. We are especially thankful to King Campus Dialysis for their kindness and unwavering support and to Dr. Aljama, Dr. Aghel, and Dr. J. Koole for their dedicated and compassionate care.

Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Friday December 6, 2024 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home - Hamilton, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 9:30 am, with burial at Mount Hamilton Cemetery following the service.
