At St. Peter's Hospital, Hamilton on Sunday, December 18, 2022, Paul Filice left peacefully at the age of 58 years. Beloved son of Francesca and the late Francesco Filice (2003). Dear brother of Tony Filice (Tina) and Carlo and cherished uncle to Bianca and Dante. Paul will be sadly missed by his many cousins in Canada, Italy and the USA, especially Rosanna Barry with whom he was very close. Paul loved the simple things in life and cherished his family and closest friends. Paul's profession allowed him to travel North America on short and long hauls with many stories to tell. A special thank you to Dr. Zbuk and the teams at both Juravinksi and St. Peter's hospitals. Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home - "William J. The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, 63 Highway 20 East, Stoney Creek on Friday, December 23rd at 10:00 am. Entombment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, Burlington. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Juravinksi Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
