On Sunday, August 10th, in Parry Sound Ontario, our beautiful Sarah’s life came to an end. With her family at her side, she slipped into the next life with peace in her heart. She was 40 years old and for many years battled addiction and mental health issues. But, she was much more than that. Anybody that met her liked her instantly and usually remained in her life for good. Vibrant, rebellious, and a wild sense of humor were her trademark personas. She loved the elderly, children, dogs and her grandparents Al & Mary Smith. Sarah will be so missed by her mother Lesley Cosgrove, who always remained as a beacon of safety in her life; Her father Frank Crowthers and her dad Marty Cosgrove. She also leaves 3 sisters, Dana, Diana, and Amanda along with their partners Jamie, Kyle and Fraser; Nieces Callie and Emma, nephew Casey James and many, many friends, including Darren, will miss her terribly. She had many Aunts and Uncles and cousins that cared deeply for her. Her two sons, Jesse James and Lucas will always know that they are loved, and will always know the beauty of their mother in the tales we weave.

Visitation will be held at Salvation Army Citadel, 835 Stone Church Road East, Hamilton, ON on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 11:30 am - 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Service will be held at 2:00 in the chapel the same day. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to St. Stephen's House of London, 36 Gower Street, London, ON would be appreciated.
