In Celebration of

Stuart Blakely Hinds

March 19, 1963 -  August 30, 2022

Stuart Blakely Hinds,

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stuart Blakely Hinds. At the age of 59, after a 6 year battle with cancer, Stuart passed away with family by his side on August 30th 2022 at The Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga. He was born in Toronto, Ontario, on March 19th 1963. Stuart and his family moved to Mississauga in 1971, where Stuart thrived and excelled in all that he did, accomplishing much.
Stuart had a very competitive nature, excelling in sports. He attended Ohio University on a 4 year athletic football and track scholarship, and formerly worked for BMO bank as a Financial Adviser.

Stuart was a go-getter, an entrepreneur, and a promoter in the entertainment industry. Motivated to become what he wanted to be, Stuart had an easygoing attitude towards life and was eager to learn. He had a great love for music and singing, his passion for the arts led him to accomplish great things as a top Promoter in the music world during the 1980s as he brought big name artists like En Vogue and Janet Jackson to Ontario. Nothing was too big for Stuart, he had the mindset to reach for the stars, “And he did”!

Stuart was the son of (late) Ivan Augustus Hinds and (late) Edith Elizabeth Hinds.
Survived by his 5 Brothers Wayne (late Roberta), Randy (Dernice), Douglas (Phyllis),
Gerald (Priscilla) and Sterling (Antoria).
Uncle Wendell Daniels, Aunt Sherrie Daniels, Aunt Bridgette Daniels (Late Maurice Daniels),
Uncle Melvin Dodd (Jacci) and Aunt Sandra Dodd (late Kenneth Dodd),
and many nieces and nephews.

Stuart will be missed by the many people whose lives he touched.
