In Celebration of

Thomas James Taylor

October 18, 1965 -  March 27, 2023

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Thomas “Tom” Taylor, after a brief battle with Cancer on March 27th, 2023.

Tom is survived by the love of his life Kathy of 16 years, his siblings Terry (Betty), Dennis, Judy (Pete), Craig, Patty, Maureen (Peter), and will be greatly missed by his stepchildren Alyssa and Ryan. Baba (Anita) will also hold a special place in Tom’s heart, as well as his many nieces and nephews and his sweet Daisy.
Tom is predeceased by his loving mother and father Dorothy and John (Reg), older brother Kevin (Dee) and his nephew Keith (Nicole).

Tom was a respected faculty member at White Oaks Secondary school where he worked as an EA Teacher. He had a lifelong affinity for sports, most notably, baseball. He played with a close-knit group on a men’s baseball team regularly.

Please join the family on Monday, April 3rd for visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home on 947 Rymal Road at 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm. The family will be sharing eulogies at 7:00pm.
On Tuesday April 4th at 12:00pm please meet at Trinity Church Cemetery on 10 Trinity Church Road in Hamilton for Tom’s interment. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 58 on 1180 Barton Street East at 2:00pm.

To honour Tom’s memory, you can donate in his name to the Cancer Society and/or a GoFundMe has been created in his name.

I cant believe it . Tommy and I had alot of good memories in BellStone I still remember my first party ever in your basement at home Listening to Get The Knack,Billy Joel Wow .. Brother I will see you on the otherside !!!
