With heavy hearts our family announces the passing away of George on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital at the age of 74. George was always there to lend a helping hand; his kind heart and talent for fixing anything and everything will be forever cherished by his loving wife of over 40 years, Carol, his dear son Mike (Monica), his beloved grandson Luca, by his sister Nora and brother-in-law John, as well as by his many extended family, in-laws, and dear friends. George is predeceased by his sister Sherri and sisters-in-law Joyce and Grace.

An avid sports fan, passionate gardener, and handyman from plumbing to electrical, to automotive and everything in between, George made a lasting impression on everyone he met.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Please join our family for a time of memorial visitation on Friday, February 6, 2026, at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Burlington Chapel (1010 Botanical Drive, Burlington 905-527-0405) from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. A graveside ceremony will be announced in April.
