Larisey, Peggy Caroline (Tenzythoff), of Hamilton, Ontario, suddenly passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 67. She is reunited with her late husband, James, and her parents, John and Trijntje Tenzythoff.

Born on October 24, 1958, in Barrie, Ontario, Peggy Carol was driven by her love for family; they were always her number one priority.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and in her earlier years, attending the horse races. Peggy also loved being around animals of all kinds. We can’t forget her love of shopping, which is how she met her devoted husband.

Peggy Carol is survived by her siblings: Jessy (Jan), Gord, Yvette, Yvonne (Harvey), Linda, Douglas, and Michelle (Mike). She was a loving aunt, great-aunt, and great-great-aunt to many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, located at 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place at Mount Hamilton Cemetery. A reception will follow at Southcote 53 Tap & Grill, 534 Garner Road East, Ancaster, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
