Passed away peacefully at home on March 28, with her children by her side, after a beautiful life of 83 years filled with love, laughter and kindness. Beloved wife of the late William Innes, loving mother of Lisa Sanelli (Angelo), Sheri Ojero (Oscar), Bill (Jody) and long-time companion of Frank Tyleman. Cherished nana of Ashley, Patrick, Alexander, Collin, Brandon and Adam. Predeceased by parents Ron and Isabelle Gower and brother Brian. She will be greatly missed by her sisters Doreen and Norma and brother George, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.

Sally’s first job was as a bank teller, and she continued to utilize her banking skills until her final days. She also worked for several years at Sears where she made many friends.

Sally’s greatest love was her children and grandchildren, who she spent a lot of time with, including attending their many sporting activities, vacationing, driving them around and watching them swim in her pool.

Visitation will be held on April 1 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road E. The memorial service will be on April 2 at 11 a.m. at the Bay Gardens Chapel followed. Memorial donations to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (cpff.ca) would be appreciated.
