It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Angelo James Rizzo, affectionately known as AJ, on October 23, 2025, in Hamilton, ON. At the tender age of 25, AJ leaves his loving parents, Sandra Zoskey and Samuel Rizzo (Karen), devoted brother to Samuel Rizzo (Juliana), and a proud uncle to Samuel Rizzo. Predeceased by his brother, Nicholas Rizzo and his grandparents, Samuel and Donna (Whitehead) Rizzo.

AJ’s departure leaves a void in the lives of those who were fortunate to know him. We cherish the moments we had with AJ, who spent his childhood playing with his brothers and cousins, creating lifelong memories. Although our hearts are heavy with grief, we find solace in the beautiful memories we shared with him during his all-too-brief time with us.

Use your wings to guide you, God to protect you, and love to keep you safe.

Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton on Friday, October 31 from 10 am to 11:00 am, with a memorial service from 11 am to 11:30 am. Funeral services to follow at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate the life of Angelo James Rizzo.
