It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Gary Peterson on Monday August 18, 2025. He is now reunited with his son, Jay boy, who passed away on July 8, 2020.Gary leaves behind his loving wife, Lucy Peterson, his son and best friend, Mark Peterson. Cherished papa to Mackenzie, Jaydan, Kloee, Aurora, Marcus, Madi, Tyler and Delilah. Predeceased by loving family & friends with whom we have no doubt, welcomed him with open arms. Gary will be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews and his countless friends.

Gary loved to hunt, fish, camping, travelling and riding his Harley Davidson. Gary was a genuine husband, father, papa, uncle, and friend who gave so much and never expected anything in return. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

We would like to express a heartfelt thank you to family and friends who were there, to help us navigate through this difficult time. Your presence did not go unnoticed.

Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, Thursday, August 28, from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. A funeral will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, Friday, August 29 at 3 p.m.
