On the morning of September 14th, 2025, Jackie (73) of Hamilton, Ontario passed peacefully at St Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton. Jackie is survived by her daughter Christina Lacaba (Matt), grandmother "Yaya" to her cherished grandchildren Sienna, Ariana, Matthew Jr., & Noah. Her very dear friends Mike & Janice Russell & God sons Brett and Sean. She will also be missed by family and friends near & Far. Jackie was a retiree of Bell Canada where she worked for many years and made many lasting friendships. Jackie is now in peace and reunited with the love of her life, her late husband Alex.

She may be gone from our lives, but she will never be forgotten and lives on in our hearts.

Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, on Thursday, September 18th from 2 p.m. till 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. A funeral will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home on, Friday September 19th at 3 p.m.
