It is with sorrow that we announce the far too soon passing of Michelle. We will forever miss the smiling, gracious, and loving spouse, mother, Nana, daughter, aunt, and friend she was.
Although she is no longer with us, we are blessed with the memories we share of her each day.

On September 7, 2025, Michelle peacefully passed surrounded by love at the age of 64. Michelle was known for her gift of gab, beautiful alto singing voice, calm demeanour, positive attitude, and immense gratitude for nature and life's simple pleasures.

She will be deeply missed by her spouse, Bernie Braemer. Forever cherished by her dear children, Danielle Lefler (Dave) and Leanna Baldin (Matthew). Loved by Bernie's daughter, Danielle Braemer (Keegan, Tigger), and son, Marc Braemer (Rosa).

Loving and doting "Nanabelle" to Annabelle, Georgia, James, Dolly, Leo, and Anthony. She will be deeply missed by her mother, Hedy; and her brothers, Dave (Cheryl) and Vince (CarrieLynn). Proud aunt of Morgan, Brooklyn, and Taylor. Predeceased by her incredible friend and father, Raymond (2020). Michelle will be missed by many friends with whom she's formed deep connections.

Michelle will be fondly remembered for her love of music. For 20 years, she was the beloved vocalist of The George Rose Big Band. She also lent her talent as an alto member of the Ancaster Theatre Chorus. Beyond her musical contributions, Michelle served with compassion and professionalism as the office administrator for Dr. Derek Coull's Family Medical Practice for 13 years, becoming a trusted and familiar face to patients and staff alike. Her warmth, grace, and generosity of spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

We will be celebrating her life on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, located at 947 Rymal Rd. East in Hamilton, from 12 - 3 p.m. in the Bay Gardens Sydenham Reception Room. Words of Remembrance said by family will begin at 12:30.
